After having quiet a disappointing experience building our first house we were quiet hesitant to build again, that is until we sat down and talked with Trentwood. We felt that comfortable and listened to that we felt there was no need to go anywhere else for a second quote.
The whole process was made so easy and enjoyable for us which was such a bonus as we were due to have our second baby close to the finish date of the build (we moved in and a week later she arrived) it was a great feeling bringing bub home to our beautiful new house to begin life as a family of four.
I recommend Trentwood homes to everyone who may be thinking of either building or renovating because honestly, seems our experience was so amazing it makes me want to build with them again and again.

Being first home buyers/builders we really wanted to make sure we chose one, a quality builder to build our dream home and two one we could trust. We couldn't have been happier with our decision to choose Trentwood. We have friends who have built with them and all reviews are glowing, so it really was a no brainer in the end. Jarrod was amazing with our initial designs and planning, again having never done it before we put a lot of faith in his knowledge and experience, his advice and guidance meant we really did end up with our dream home. Nothing was ever too hard, we changed plans and additions numerous times during this process but it was never a problem, they just wanted us to get the best home for our needs. We really felt like our build was important to them and an emphasis on quality ahead of anything else was definitely felt. During the building process Darko was great to deal with, we were given a key from day 1 so we could check out the progress whenever we liked. We were always kept in the loop and made plenty of changes along the way as the home came to life, they were more than accomodating to any ideas we had. They were excited when we wanted to a few different things that you wouldn't get in a standard build and felt as though they were proud to put their name to it. There is no doubt the highest quality trades were used and even they were easy to deal with and always quite helpful when we would see them on site. The other important thing that we were really impressed with was the price, building a custom built, quality home with luxury features, you expect to pay for it, but the price was quite reasonable and are very satisfied with what we have got for our money. Overall my partner and I feel extremely lucky to have had such a great family builder to guide us through our first building experience. We recommend them to anyone we meet and no doubt we would definitely build with them again.

I’m no expert designer, but I had thoughts of a floor plan, hand drawn by me, that I needed someone with skill to bring to life and within my very tight budget. I had been to a few builders and Trentwood where the only ones to take my plan and draw it up; without first putting their changes to it. They helped me get it right, within the world of building, rather than the world of ‘everything is possible, if you’ve got the budget to do it' (lol). Ask me to make a decision as a CEO in health and I'm on it, but all the building choices to make - wow!! They were very patient and supportive and they knew their business inside and out. They had an amazing consultant who helped me make all those choices, and I cannot thank them enough that we got there! Whilst our house is still a work in progress, waiting to build the balcony and garage as add on's (…. when the next money arrives); my house, as I stand in my living room and look at the lake, is beautiful. The floor plan with their expert advice has worked out great. They finished the house on time, my budget got the house with the floor plan I love and they are such a pleasure to deal with.
I have to give 5 stars as from start to finish they advised, supported and definitely listened to my ever growing questions and queries (and changes!) when I am still working out what it looks like. They knew, they had showed me all the drawings, but I needed to see it visually from a plan to an actual building! Tradie son said ‘mum they will have it sorted’ and he was right. All I can say is trust them, they will do it well from start to finish. They are always ready to listen, keep you updated and you’ll be thankful you chose them. I do think Darko, Jarrod and Tim may have a few more grey hairs though as they tried to meet my needs, but they did meet them, and I thank them sincerely.

They were very easy to deal with, showed amazing patience, flexibility and keen to take on a boutique project. We were always dealing with the proprietor (not a site foreman). Allowed unrestricted access to the site which gave us the opportunity to monitor the progress and make any necessary adjustments along the way.
